Heathcote&Co are an event and stadia catering company. Our philosophy is to run high quality catering events and parties, festivals, and permanent stadia. The Heathcote&Co history dates back to 1990, from a small restaurant in Longridge gaining two Michelin Stars, Egon Ronay Chef of the Year, 3 Catey Awards, and a whole host of accolades from AA to the Good Food Guide.
The whole Heathcote&Co philosophy is steeped in local produce, quality farmers, quality suppliers, great training, and skilled staff members who have an eye for conducting new and different ways of service.
We like to work with our clients to personalise their requirements and make each event unreservedly special.
Local food sourcing means fresher produce. We work hard to find the right suppliers and work closely with them to find only the best & freshest produce.
The Heathcote&Co produce is fully traceable from the moment it is harvested, to its arrival in our kitchens to ensure the highest quality end product.
All of the chefs at Heathcote&Co take pride in their skills, which they pass on through their training of each and every new member of the team.
All of the Heathcote&Co staff, both front and back of house are fully trained to the highest standard in Hygiene Regulations and Health and Safety at work.

After months of hard work and with the finishing touches now being put in place, we are delighted to formally announce our grand opening on Friday 23rd August
Tucked away in the Albert Halls Bolton, our menu features great northern classics produced using local independent produce designed by our own Paul Heathcote & Head Chef Demjan Sodoruk
Opening from 5.30pm Thursday to Saturday and a special Sunday Roast between 12-4

Opening summer 2019 serving great northern classics
The Northern’s menu is born out the North’s rich history with an eye on 2019 ingredients.
Bold, strong, honest & dependable are words that could be used to represent our people & food.
Think of Rag of pudding, potted meats and fish, crumpets, egg and potato salad, fish pie, Reg Johnson’s Goosnargh chicken, dripping chips with cheese and onion sauce, salt baked celeriac, traditional English trifle and of course Paul Heathcote’s famous Bread & Butter pudding.
Our packages are bigger and better than 2018; we have a Bavarian Party Night – for those wanting great food, fun and dancing – with a difference and no formalities whatsoever, our classic Heathcote&Co Deepdale Christmas Party Night and have introduced our all inclusive nights AND we’ve extended our party season with fantastic incentives available on some dates.
Our party season kicks off on Friday 29th November 2019 and runs through until Saturday 21st December 2019 on selected dates, each evening starts at 7.30pm and with the bar closing at 12.30am and carriages at 1am.
