Paul Heathcote and Gary Bates began their event business in 1997, at the home of Preston North End FC- a club rich in history, and one of the founding members of the football league.
Heathcote&Co returned to Deepdale on July 1st 2018 after a five year absence, with a team that is dedicated to building and developing the events business at Deepdale. Ensuring that every guest's needs are not only met, but exceeded. Retaining their innovative approach to food and service, Heathcote&Co are delighted to be back at Deepdale, the place where it all began.
During their careers, Paul and Gary they have overseen some of the most iconic sporting venues, concert centres, exhibition centres, and many major high profile events in The North West and beyond.
They have worked with some of the very best event suppliers in the events industry and continue to have these linked. These have included; BBC Sports Personality of The Year, Sir Paul McCartney's Homecoming, The MOBO AWARDS, Sir Alex Ferguson's Testimonial, and Sir Terry Wogan’s family wedding to name a few.
Paul and Gary also worked on a number of events for Bentley, Jaguar, Giorgio Armani, William Hill, The BBC, Manchester International Festival, and Matalan.
Paul remains the only chef in the North West to ever acquire two Michelin Stars, and is an industry triple Catey winner.
Heathcote&Co are proud to have achieved success for the last three years at the Stadium Experience Awards, acquiring two silver and one gold in the medium sizes stadium category for Best Hospitality Experience.
Heathcote&Co was also awarded a silver over-all in all catagories across the uk. We are proud to be part of Best Companies to work for and their numerous charity feats.
As COVID-19 becomes increasingly prevalent across the world, we want to assure you that the well-being of our guests and employees is our main priority.
We are adhering to all advice provided by the W.H.O. and local authorities and will continue to do so, following developments daily.
As always, our event space, football grounds, restaurants and bars are continuing to maintain the highest possible hygiene standards, with all our employees fully aware of the current requirements.
Our management team are in constant contact with all employees and are monitoring staff activities daily. No members of our staff have travelled to and from any affected areas.
Please rest assured that our stadia, theatre spaces, conference rooms and restaurants remain safe and hygienic and customer and staff safety is of vital importance to us.
